Condensed Milk

Food Service

Sweetened condensed milk is produced by adding sugar to whole milk and reducing the water content to about one-half of its original volume. Condensed milk can also be prepared by adding vegetable fat to replace costlier milk fat. Various presentations range from consumer-friendly cans to larger bags and containers designed for food service and industrial uses.
